Maintenance on March 4, 2015
Over the years and the evolution of TrustedPartner and RacePartner’s success and growth, we have renovated the existing data center environment quite a bit. To accommodate the next phase of our expansion and further improve our already amazing security, we are upgrading our data center and cloud services with new, state-of-the-art network and storage hardware and software.
We’re in the last phases of our build out and upgrade testing period, so we’re tentatively scheduling the final upgrades and migration for March 4, 2015. We’ll send another announcement about one week before upgrade day, and we will make a final announcement the day before the upgrade.
The final migration will require a maintenance window of 2-4 hours. During this maintenance window, you will not be able to log into TrustedPartner or RacePartner, and sites may be inaccessible for brief periods of time. Do not worry—we are planning to do this at a time where we will minimize the impact of our downtime. Typically, traffic is at its lowest between 1:00AM EST and 6:00AM EST, which means we would start migrating around 2:00AM EST on March 4, 2015. If your maintenance window differs from the general migration time, we will notify you individually.
We will be posting a status on our twitter feed, so follow @Forteweb for real-time updates on March 4, 2015.
